I have published my twentieth ebook Salvations at Amazon. Like all my books, it's now only available in the Kindle format. It was originally workshopped here on BCTS as "Saving Us" and has been edited and revised a bit, but at the risk of decreasing my sales, if you have "Saving Us" you've pretty much got it already.

Bought it today. Read it today because it peed down here :) I had the women's French Open Tennis final on in the background with the sound turned off because I can't stand Sharapova's screams every time she hits the ball but I missed just about all of it because I was enjoying Karin's story.
I think it's one of her best. My only slight criticism is that it seemed slightly rushed at the end but it is slight. At £1.86 ($3?) it's excellent value for money too as it's a good long read.

I've just loaded it onto my iPad (bought to replace the Kindle that got nicked a week ago) so that I can read it on my flight to London from Denver tonight.
As an aside, I've managed this whole trip without watching any TV. Not that US TV is dire or anything but the Adverts every few minutes make it IMHO unwatchable. I've not even viewed any of the recorded programs I have brought with me. Now that is a record (for me anyways).
Those will be saved for my trip to India next week.

I absolutely hate "in your face advertising" and do not watch television or cable's "on demand" programming much anymore because of the intrusion of commercials. Can't stand them at all! IMHO they need to be restricted off of on demand material, 1 -2 min per hour of programming with no interruptions period of regular programming, no twitter plastering on the screen like many discovery programs do, No display of anything on the screens for channel ID, flash pop up ads appearing across the screen, etc.
The Sanctity of Television Programs... the blissful dream of watching programs with no adverts ever anywhere nor editing.
Broadcasting and collusion between Hollywood and Comcast has increased their ability to quadruple dip and gouge customers while annoying Americans with BS ads NO VIEWER wants!
On the flip side, I love designing and packaging stories to present them with no commercial interruptions :)
