How is it possible...
There are over 7 BILLION people on this Earth, only 365.25 days in a year - and all it takes to make a "World [whatever]" Day is for two people to declare it as such? The math - does not computedoes not computedoes not compute...

I STRONGLY suggest we get 24 people together and declare the first Sunday of the month 'World BigCloset Day'. We could sit at the computer in our favourite underwear, - COMPLETELY at the choice of the wearer -, praise BC (and its mistresses) in type-written word and song and send in donations (as possible) in TOTAL solidarity with each-other and the world as BC knows it.
