That is F*****g Ridiculous

Talk about a screwed up administration. This reads like fiction. No government should be so stupid.

They have been married for 23 years and their three older sons are aged 26, 24 and 23, - OK so maybe they were "premature" BUT they very carefully never state that they are her genetic children - in any way. This leads me to think their children might be adopted, otherwise I would think the argument of her having born 5 children would be 'front and centre' to the whole issue. Also when I look at the early pictures of her, they are a little androgynous.

I have - NO - ill-will against their marriage nor her being female, she OBVIOUSLY is female, but there may be more to the story that hasn't come out, yet.

Screwed up bureaucracy

Greetings

What a mess by pen pushers!

One thing many of those who made comments on the Telegraph article mis-understood is there were two original records completed at the registration of the birth.

Firstly, the official entry in the "Register of Births", which book is held by the Registrar of the district where the birth took place. Secondly, a "Certificate of the Birth" is a copy or copies made at the time and supplied to the person who gave the details to the Registrar. No doubt when the lady applied for her passport she made use of a Certificate held by her family. It is only when the original Register is checked does the error come to light!

So?

My original one said 'boy' and was obviously in error - now rectified.
