Well, here I am once more able to read stories on BC/Top Shelf. I have been out of the country "many moons", as some of my ancestors might say. I was not in a position to be able to use my own laptop(not allowed, plus no signal strength where I was located), and I sure as heck was not going to be using a government one, except for my official duties. Since the Manning and Snowden "show", personal use is highly frowned on. I did learn one thing, Being retired from the military does not mean that you will never hear from them again, when they want you, they know where you are and then send Orders accompanied by airplane tickets.
All I can tell you is this. It WAS HOT and COLD, and there were LOTS of firearms around. Some good people, some bad people, and others who were just down right hated everybody. Seems upon looking at BC/TS, that I have LOTS and LOTS of reading to catch on.
I was truly sorry and sad to learn about the passing of "Stanman". He and I "talked" many times via e-mail, and I would have really enjoyed meeting him in person.
My condolences to his family members and all the family members he had on this wonderful website.
To all the authors, I would strongly recommend using caution when strolling around your stories, I use KUDOs by the bag full, and you might find that a little messy at times :) :)

Bwahahahahahahahaha

The military does that to you. I have a friend that was fired from his job and kicked out of Russia thanks to being ex-military and re-activated after 9/11. I wrote the rest of the story, but decided to delete it due to possible health concerns.
