Is there a short resume listed somewhere of how the site works for newbies?
This is the first time in my 80 years that I have ever thought of looking at such a web site, but curiosity got the cat.
I have never blogged or joined a forum before, all I have ever done is to use email on one of my PC'c for business purposes.
Most things say:-'Access Denied'. How does one overcome that?
I am just interested in reading peoples stories and ideas since I have no experience.

If you join the site membership
which is free and confidential, so you can register as Mickey Mouse if you wish. Once you're a member you can enter forums and so on, or comment on stories which we authors love you to do. There is also a FAQ in the top right corner which might explain things too.
Oh, and welcome, we're a generally friendly lot of mixed ages, so hopefully you'll blend in well with us.
