Does anybody happen to know why Zoulless went through and deleted all their stuff?

They happened to have a couple of stories I really enjoyed, one I even had bookmarked, and I was rather dismayed when I saw that all of their posts had been replaced simply with the word "delete."

So... any news?

You're right.....

I had a story bookmarked as well, and all it shows now is "delete".

No clue as to why though. I can't imagine why anyone would do that, unless they chose to move them elsewhere or limit access to them.

Dine and dash

My practice is often called dine and dash. I got in the habit during my dial up days when we were without a phone when I was online. Any story that I want to read and is over two screens, and even then if I like it, gets cut and pasted into my word processor and stored on my computer. I highly recommend the process.

If you're worried about someone finding out you read TG stories there a many thumb drives out there that come with very good security software.

You can save the "printer friendly" version as HTML then drop it in to Calibre and then out out it in any e-book format to use with you reading device or software. You do get a little bit of HTML hash at headings sometimes (font size gibberish etc.), but not to much, and then you have it saved and can read it when you want. You can also just leave it in Calibre unconverted and just read it from the Calibre library directly.

PS. A suggestion: If any of these books come up for sale, please buy a copy to support the author, when you have the funds of course that is. And if you read something off-line and it is still up please stop back in and give it kudos here when you get the chance, and maybe leave a comment at the end.

No clue

I don't know why this was done but I have unpubbed the leftover story stubs. It's still possible to rescue the stories with some work if she should change her mind, and will be for some time. But after the next major software revision, it will probably be harder since we usually scrub the database at those times.

Erin
