The true prejudice happens when a T girl with passing issues goes for her first interview. There is no way to prove that your interviewer had 'read' you and found your presentation objectionable and had already written you off as a candidate. This can probably happen a lot for any position where public and client interaction is of first importance for a job. It is less likely to happen with engineering and backroom jobs.

I see that first hand every time I am out with early transition sisters where the general public can be just horrible with them. Protective legislation goes only so far.
