I'd like to congratulate those authors who took out their crystal balls and did a retcon of the many Marvel and DC superheroes. Seems that someone has just officially had the same idea.

Well that means the 'official' folks
... may be violating copyrighted names of the retcon folks here if they choose to enforce it as the BC retcon folks did it first.

You think..... Will Marvel
You think..... Will Marvel and DC buy them off by hiring them as writers and illustrators?
all real characters
Those characters are all actual Marvel properties. (although I'm not familiar with "Dead Husband" I'm assuming he likewise exists.) BC retcon did not do it first.
Cover art?
I wish, with all the talent there is in this world and all the money there is in comics now, that they'd used a professional artist to do that cover. It looks pretty sad.
And while I'm complaining, it looks like they spent all of two minutes to choose the names. Thora would have been better than "Thor Girl" (I can't help but wonder about her Thor Throat), and Hawkeye II? What kind of name is that for a person? (I did search afterward, and found that both characters have much better names that could be used.)
