Editting an existing story....
a) Log in.
b) Click on "My Stories" from the menu under your login name.
c) Locate the story you wish to edit and click on "edit" (to the right of the date).
d) Assuming you just wish to edit the body of the story, scroll down to the the bottom of the page. The last section is titled 'body'. Scrolling through the body, locate and make your changes. Once done, click on "preview" at the very bottom of the page. That will bring up the story with your changes, as others will see them. Any changes will not take effect until you hit "submit" (at the bottom of that page).
If you wish to discard all your changes and keep the story as it was, just page back or if you're not satisfied with what you had done, page back and re-edit (step "d"). DO NOT hit "delete" unless you want to unpub the story, completely!

Thanks for the help.
Thanks for the help. Unfortunately I don't have a My stories in my menu, perhaps due to being a new author? I only have My account, My blog, My bookmarks, My ignore list, My inbox, and Create Content, among others.
That may be the case, neehnahw
Send a private message to Erin and Sephrena Miller.
They can add you to the list of authors, which will give you the ability to edit your own stories, and give you some added features in your menu/list of features..

It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.
