It's all a sham coming from the Wal-Mart v. Dukes(pdf) decision (discussed here). Since last June a company has no liability if they have fair and equitable policies in their manuals, even if it is shown that none - NONE - of the regional or district offices practice those policies. They're just protecting the Corporate ass. Noting will change.

It's not a surprise that Wal-Mart has read the decision early and is acting fast, is it?
