Well I sort of met this person; I was working for a caterer at a huge party and was told the guy in the snakeskin jacket that ask me where the loo was, was this person. Second hint: he wasn't with a brown-eyed girl when he asked me those directions.

but that's not my only brush with greatness. I used to unload musical instruments from trucks when I should have been working on papers, so there was a once when some people like that even knew my name, but none that are in this group.

I Have Personally Met Ashley Judd and Taylor Swift

I have personally met Ashley Judd and Taylor Swift. Ashley Judd autographed a photo with the message: To Jennifer, Choose to be you. Ashley Judd. Taylor Swift did a concert inside a Walmart store not far from where I live back when she first started out. I stood in line afterward and she autographed my CD cover for her first album. She posed for pictures too. She is one of most down to Earth people in the music business and has remained that way even as she has skyrocketed to fame. Her parents definitely did something right when they raised her.

And I've met...

And I've met my wife. She's kinda important, to me. :-).

Closest I've come to meeting someone that actually counts as famous would be seeing President Nixon - about 100 yards away standing on the steps to Air Force One, or Tony Randall - ate lunch about 15 feet from him (he was sitting alone). No, wait. I did meet Grady Booch. Does he count?
