I always find it interesting when characters have revelations about things that the author (or authoress) has known for some time...
Take for instance Chapter 41 of Mistake, which I am working on in a window not far away from the one that I type this post in. Morgan has finally realized that she's been submitting to Katie for the better part of a year. (Did anyone else see this coming?) Right now the two of them are at the mall, and Katie picked out their clothes when they got up and Katie is wearing pants and Morgan's in a skirt...
I have no clue what Morgan is going to do about this, she hasn't told me yet...

How Could She Not Know That?
Katie was dressing her from the start. Even had her locked in to some of the clothing as I recall.
I just thought that was part of their deal; although, I don't think that it has been much of an emphasis within the story in quite a while.
Controlling Morgan
You're right it did have an emphasis for a short time, but Katie sort of backed off on the lockable parts of the wardrobe and just started picking things out for Morgan to wear. I think that Katie knows how to manipulate really well, and that Morgan is, more than likely, has a submissive personality. Katie seems to have inherited her mother's personality, and can dominate a situation. That's how I view Susan...

What's Important to Me
What's important to me is that Katie and Morgan really care for each other. Morgan's known Katie for a long time as Katie is one of her sister's best friend's. Morgan had a crush on Katie but didn't attract her until she found out about Morgan's dressing. She had to know what Katie is like.

I think that Katie knows a lot more about Morgan than we've ever been told. If you look back, Katie wasn't' even surprised by Morgan getting caught when Jen found her in the skirt and sweater with the boots that locked... And Katie actually has Morgan's best interests in mind, and I'm pretty sure that Morgan knows this. Katie has done nothing but protect Morgan, she's never intentionally put her in harms way.

Anyways... about the original purpose of this blog... Or wait, was there one?
This happens to me all the time. Since I created my characters, I know everything about them, even things they're hiding from themselves. Further, since I created all my characters, I know what's going on with all of them, all at once. No mere mortal in the normal space of things can do that, so obviously they are going to come to realize things that I'd known were coming for a long time.
Of course... what I never know ahead of actually sitting down and writing it out, is exactly how they're going to react to all the stuff I do know.
Darn those characters and insisting on only telling me their actions if I'm writing them down. They'll tell me all about themselves, their sister, their cousin they barely know, but they won't let me know ahead of time what they're gonna do. :(

I understand that one... We writers are an odd lot, wouldn't you agree? We can have discussions with our selves and don't see any issues with it.
As for Morgan, she's starting to drop hints to me about this and I think that her and Katie are going to end up working something out, although what remains to be seen. I'm beginning to think that Morgan has a submissive mentality and Katie is the dominant one, although I'm not sure how Jen fits into this puzzle quite yet. I don't think that they are too young, as I know someone that got started in the D/s lifestyle around the age of 15 while she was still in high school (or the equivalent in the UK, as that's where she lives)..
