When I was in Thailand in 2006, they were thicker than hair on a dawgs back. Most looked absolutely indistenguishable from genetic women. Of course we know that Thai men generally have pretty soft features, so the change must be easier perhaps? One girl I saw and spoke with at the clinic had started taking massive quantities of estrogen at less than 12. The word was that it sort of fried her brain. She was very nice looking and moved like a woman
