These mines were designed to sink big ships like cruisers and destroyers, as it will be exploded well away from there will be no problems. Thats if its ever found and these mines don`t float well

... we have some of the busiest shipping lanes in Europe here, three major commercial ports plus loads of leisure within 10 miles of the last known position of the mine.

the navy and coastguard will have told ships to stay clear and will be sweeping the coast in case it drifts towards shore.
The TMC was not designed to float si I seriously doubt it reach land.
