Drafts
Having learned the lesson the hard way, if I am working on anything of any length, I'll write it word, then copy (not cut ) and paste it into the narrative block. That way, I don't lose anything.

Drafts
The system is not set up to do drafts. There's a reason for that. With all the traffic and database thrashing that goes on with actual traffic of stories, blogs etc,. we just don't need more stress on the system.
But the real reason is that I don't want to deal with people messaging me complaining that the system lost their draft. Happens anyway but I have an answer, the system is not set up to do drafts. This is a site for posting stories, not for saving work in progress on the cloud. Seriously, do stuff offline, it is WAY the heck safer for your peace of mind.
Hugs,
Erin
