Well! THAT got a better response than I was expecting!
I'm glad to see that people like the idea! So, here's the sitch. There were as many votes for one of the other choices on the story as there were for the one that I chose to expand upon. Well, TECHNICALLY half a vote less, but that's not here nor there. The point is, a lot of people wanted to see the other path taken. I've got it written, but on the other hand, I don't want to oversaturate the front page with nothing but "pickles" pages day after day, seeing as once the story gets in full swing, that would be WAY too many entries every day.
However, this one time, I'll make the offer of letting someone else take the second path. I've got the "page" for it written, including the next three choices. I could post it, and let someone else take over from there if they so chose. Just send me a PM if you're interested.
Another thing that should be noted is that the first three or so "pages" are going to be the deciding pages for the route the story takes. Fantasy, science fiction, crossdressing, magical, they were all possible outcomes from the first choice, and more. Some of them might be gone now, some might not, we'll just have to see. Though, if someone else takes the alternate path for me, then there will be outcomes even I never considered.

Because then you would have chosen based on the outcome you wanted rather than choosing the action you would have normally chosen?
That's the way the books always worked, after all. You're not telling me you're one of THOSE people, who read ahead and chose what you wanted based on the outcome? :P

Actually it's my first time participating in a CYOA. Besides, aren't those books supposed to give at least a bit of framework of what to expect? :)
Of course, the closest thing that I can imagine as this, are the descriptions for The Tomb of Horrors I read, so sue me! ;)
