My life in an update

Well, things keep coming here.

First, I've made the decision to actively transition to female. That means the whole shebang. I have no clue how to pay for it since we are on food stamps. But, I think our insurance will do so.

Second, I have an appt with the endocrinologist on the 17th of August. That's when I get told if my insurance will pay for it and if I can start on the hormones.

Third, I'm taking the money I earn from the leather stuff I make, the royalties I get on my classes at the ULC Seminary and whatever else to expand my wardrobe. I also asked some friends of mine who are plus size that if they have any clothes that are 16 to 22 and they wanted to give them to me, I'd pay for the shipping.

I would like to have the SRS eventually, but I still have a lot of things to do first. I've talked to my Psychologist (who gives me the drugs to keep my mood stable) and she was like "Okay...", but I have to talk to my therapist about all this.

I'm starting slowly. I'm scared to death. My family rejected me once, and my mother about three times, so I know I'm going to lose them when they find out.

I'm also working on losing weight. I'm at 243 right now, and I want to get to 170. It's a good middle ground for my male body type and for a height for my female self.

Now I'm off to wax my legs.
