I thought about posting this as a blog here, but instead decided to post it to my blog and share the link...
Basic subject is that it's nearing the 2 year anniversary of Kim's passing...

I miss her too, Honey.
I feel your loss honey because I miss her too. She was such a loving soul and always willing to help, sometimes someone she didn’t even know. She, Prue, Neri, you honey, and a few others were my introduction to the TG community and became my friends and saviors.
Over the years, she encouraged me to write and praised my work. Because of her, I’ve written a lot and even have a book published. She, Bill, and you kept me sane during times when it seemed I was ready to give up on everything, even life. She remains fresh, loving and lovely in my memories, and will for all of my life.
In my own way, I loved her too. As a friend, a mentor, a critic, and always upbeat and fun.
I wish I could join you on your trip, but I cannot. I will be with you all in spirit, and my tears join yours in mourning and loss, but also in celebration of her life.
Rest In Peace Kim, my friend, my love. You are not and will not be forgotten. Your memory lives on in your friends and loved ones and fans.

looking through the posts and read this. I'm so sorry for such a loss of what seems to me a quality person in this world. I wish I could have had the blessing to know her.

I sort of know the feeling, Piper
My mother died around this time of the year, mid June actually, 2005 and I still cry at times.
To loose a soulmate, friend, lover, parent, sibbling -- my older sister Ann died 1PM Dec 31, 2005. I HATE 2005 -- is devestating.
That you remember Kim is tribute to the intensity of your relationship.
Best wishes and I hope you find someone or something that will ease the pain. That you haved loved means you can love again.
