Gang; I just got an e-Mail from Angel saying she just got out of the hospital from emergency surgery and has been there since the 31st of December. She lost 50lbs while there and just needs some bed rest for now. Also I'm glad hear she OK. We will probally hear more from her as she gets better! Richard

Nobody wants emergency surgery... And, I'm glad to hear she's out of it.
That said, I could do with loosing 50 lbs myself. Any volunteers to take it? I'm running a special I'll give you 80 lbs for the price of 50... (Free, if you can figure out how to take it!)
And, for those that might be surprised at my jocularity, I'd not be acting this way were she not "okay" and just needing some rest.

I'm Posting this to clarify why Angel was in the hospital.

Thank Mom (Erin) I want to be back so badly...
Now if I can only make myself behave and control my comments but I tend to get a bit intense as you know. Hopefully with time I'll get more patient and with that try and understand others moralistic and religious views with a bit more tolerance and less frustration.

Glad you dodged that bullet and are with us to share again. I hope you had the 50 lbs to lose and that even if under unfortunate circumstances it was in some way beneficial to you, if on the other hand you are now too skinny, damnit, why should you get to eat all the good stuff!!! :)

magic milkshakes
Maggie the little sister peeks into her big sister's room. She sees the computer where the big Angel makes all her magic but there's no mooses there.
She looks over to Angel's bed and sees her little sister sleeping. Angel's been sick and its been way to quiet round there. The aminals that don't sleep all winter have come the window looking for their Angel.
Maggie tiptoes up to the bed and watches her big sister breathe. She's glad Angels breathing cause not breathing is not a good thing. She knows bout that.
She wished she could do some magic for her big sister just like her big sister always does for her specially when she's sick and not happy.
She puzzles a minute and then figures it out. What her sister needs a special milkshake made with a feather. That's what Angel always gibs her.
Maggie decided to magic one up for her big sis. She closed her eyes, she wiggled her nose, wiggled her bum, and wiggled her pig tails.
She concentrated on the feather part first cause she needed that to make the milkshake.
Lo and behold a single golden feather fell from the ceiling. Finally Maggie got one right. Maggie caught the feather in mid air and smiled proudly. Unfortunately the first feather was a just like snowflake before the blizzard.
Suddenly a few more feather fell and then a few more and then kablewwy! Maggie was waist deep in gold feather. Blowing one out of her mouth she frowned, "I only needed one."
Taking the first feather she waved it and asked for milk shake ... a strawberry one.
a few seconds passed with nothing. Then suddenly the ceiling opend up and pink cold milk rained down on Maggie. The feathers soaked up the color and made Maggie look like a soaking wet pink chicken.
"Sigh ... forgotted the stupid glass".
maggie looked up to the ceiling, "And you forgotted the shake part .... wheres da shake part."
Suddenly the floor begin to tremble and the little knick knacks on Angel's shelf started shimmying.
"I dont tinks I shoulda saided nuttin."
Just as the Richter scale was about to set a new record, Angel opened one eye and with a single finger wiggle quieted everything, cleaned up the Maggie mess including a nice shine and dry of her little sister.
Giving Maggie a tired but loving smile, she lifted her into bed for a cuddle, and the pair drifted off to dreamland.

Recooperating at home with the magic woods nearby make things much easier and much nicer than being stuck in a hospital room.
Having a tube in your nose going down your throat and into your tummy is no fun at all especially when it felt like they were jamming a pen up your nose, that really hurt! It was like having you nose hooked up to a vacuum cleaner!
Being fed TPN through a central line while being flooded with antibiotics is not much fun either especially when you can't even have ice chips to suck on. Then there is the fact that they cut you down the middle from your sternum to your belly button not once but twice!
All that is over with now and I can look forward to my days getting better and better as the pain slowly fades away and my body threads itself together again.
My muse is starting to whisper in my ear again but it is just a soft whisper still. I hope to have my muse screaming at me soon as it used to in the past.
Thank you little sister for all your love and little girl mischief you get into because you try so hard. Giggle, giggle. It is too bad we angel's can't heal ourselves, but those are the rules you know. Fist one is to help others first and to think of yourself as little as possible.

Running or I should say, walking quickly to the bathroom to make it in time to prevent an accident doesn't allow time to leave a message on Yahoo IM. You get up and waddle your butt as quickly as you can.
Once you get back you groan as you notice once again you have missed someone trying to chat with you as you were sitting on the throne.
Thank you Brian for wishing me well and to everyone else that has done so. Just know that each of your comments make me feel that much better and make me more determined than ever to get well and start writing again.
