I was looking around on Japanese Maid Cafe sites, and I found this lady....

Is it me or does this girl look like a TS? Down toward the bottom there is a link to other pics of her, and it only reinforces the question.

Japanese Crossdress Cafés
Without even looking at your links, I can tell you that I've heard of this phenomenon before. Some Japanese Maid Cafes have turned to male workers, who dress and perform the part. One explanation said that they found the men more reliable workers, another suggested that the kinkish element was more of a draw for customers.
