Fantastic!
Hamilton was born on 7 January 1985 in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, England. His father, Anthony Hamilton, is black and is of Grenadian descent, while his mother, Carmen Larbalestier, is white, making him mixed-race.
Lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) persons in Qatar face legal challenges not experienced by non-LGBT residents. Male homosexuality is illegal in Qatar, with a punishment of up to three years in prison and a fine, and the possibility of death penalty for Muslims under sharia law; however, there are no known cases that the death penalty was enforced for homosexuality. There is also prevailing cultural mores which view homosexuality and cross-dressing negatively. The Qatari government does not recognize same-sex marriage or civil partnerships, nor does it allow people in Qatar to campaign for LGBT rights.

Clarification?
Does Qatar law proscribe "being homosexual" or "practicing homosexuality?"
The distinction may seem meaningless at first glance. Let me observe that many will welcome homosexual guests in our homes. But fewer will welcome guests practicing homosexuality in our homes. (Probably about the same number would welcome guests practicing straight sexual relations in our homes.)
