I'm looking for a story:

The protagonist is a man (call him X) who works in an office (law firm?) and is pretty good and is being consider for partner(?). A woman (call her Y) in the office is rather selfish and is trying to get higher in the company by hook or by crook, and manages to switch bodies with him without his knowledge. A lot of the story is about X figuring out what happened and how to fit into Y's old life and what she now wants to do.

Some other details: the sorceress who supplied the spell to do the swap was misled by Y into thinking that X agreed to the swap, and is upset to find out that X did not. Also, Y had a fiancé who was running for office, but was not all that interested in helping him; after the swap, X decides to continue the engagement and help him win the election.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? I tried to do a search, but I couldn't remember enough distinctive words or any of the names (hence "X" and "Y") to narrow the search down enough.
