Author:
I know it has previously posted that somebody stole one of Bob Arnold's story, Before My Time. Well, the pirate has stolen more of Bob's stories. And in display of chutzpah they are using the author name "Roberta Arnold". I didn't remember that detail from before.
Now, you can't comment on a story unless you bought the story from Amazon. But I have found from the author's page you can make a comment on the author to Amazon. I don't believe the comments will be posted anywhere and Amazon likely won't respond to each individual comment. But if they get enough comments about an author they might actually do something! ;-)

Plagiarism is theft
with perhaps fraud as well by claiming to be something or someone you aren't, like the author of a work. I suppose because Bob is deceased they felt safe stealing it. Amazon may respond directly to being told, a work is stolen from someone else, but there is so much out there it's difficult to police, however, we must try and dob these cheats and thieves in when we can.

plagiarism
I've noticed many Kindle "steals" are sold for $9.99. I always check more closely when I see that price. I've caught (& reported) several instances.
Plagiarism is theft
One technique I have seen used more than once is to set up a programme that automatically changes one letter for another throughout the work. A spoof on a Twitter transphobic hate group, for example, simply replaced lower-case 'L' in the handle with upper-case 'i'.
Another I have seen frequently in stories stolen from here is the replacement of a lower case 'r' with the lower-case Russian letter for 'G', which is 'г'. Either of those defeats Amazon's plagiarism search routine
Bob Arnold Stories
Are Bob Arnold's Stories still online anywhere? I found the author page for "Roberta Arnold" and I want to comment, but I thought it would be better if I could point to a webpage where the originals were posted.

Bob Arnold's stories
I did a search and I found Bob Arnold's stories here. I think that all, or most, are posted on Crystal's story site, including Before My Time, the site also shows the copyright date for them. You can also find an obit for him here that lists his works if you really want proof when commenting to Amazon. Bob was a fine writer and from everything that I've heard, a fine person as well. He doesn't deserve to be stolen from and disrespected in this way, because he's not alive to fight it. We should try to make sure that Amazon knows that this is plagiarism and theft so appropriate action can be taken.

BigCloset and Bob Arnold
BC owns the publication rights to Bob's stories, given to us by his sister after his death. Crystal's and Sapphire's have rights to display his stories they may already have on their sites. We're going to be looking into this situation, this kind of thing has happened before.
Hugs,
Erin

That's good to know
I got pretty pissed off when I read about this. But sadly you're right. It's not the first time something like this has happened and it probably won't be the last. Give 'em hell Erin.

Amazon Plagiarism
If you send a cease and desist letter to Amazon specifying an author or the specific items for sale, they typically remove them almost instantly. If there is a trademark or copyright fight, Amazon cancels the product and expects to get a letter from the real owner showing they legally own the products before putting them up for sale again.

Seems both books have been
Seems both books have been removed from Amazon. Just goes to show you when we all put up our hands, we can accomplish anything. Bob would be proud.
BOTH BOOKS TAKEN DOWN!!! VICTORY!
Thank you to everyone who commented and emailed Amazon. The thief has been caught and both books have been taken down.
