Hello Closeteers!

**Sigh** here. I imagine we all have our own fave stories here on BC, including some that were left unfinished (and therefore leave us yearning for more expounding and eventual resolution). This is through no fault of the authors of these tales; there are millions of good reasons they aren't finished (most having to do with Real Life Issues).

One of the stories I personally wish to see continued has been Alys's tale, A Mother's Love. It stopped after chapter 3.02; that was six years past. The further story has actually been brewing in my head for a while now.

So I have floated the idea of continuing the tale with a FanFiction entry. This is not done to usurp Alys or her story in any way; in fact, I contacted both Erin and Alys to get their OK before proceeding, and both gave me their blessing.

The story written by Alys has a definite British feel to it, both in dialogue and narrative (It takes place in London and Manchester). To help retain that in my FanFiction I enlisted Angharad, accomplished author here (and a fan of Alys). Ang has carefully adjusted my writing to be more British in flavor and sensibility. I am forever indebted to her!!!

The whole continuation is now done. I will start posting it in a few days; there are at least 7 more chapters, and once I start posting it will continue with one new chapter a day until complete. Don't forget to comment as you read please, I have my nose tweaker at the ready!
