He has the new server already
He has the new server already, he's in the process of migrating DNS (I believe this is now done, so they're pointing at the new server), and now has to simply get all the databases in place, plus the front end files.
I also offered him a server if he needed it. With being cut off so abruptly, there's a lot of work to get things running again smoothly.
I'll get a life when it's proven and substantiated to be better than what I'm currently experiencing.
