I have a chapter and a bit of a story that I have probably abandoned for good. What I've got is edited, but my mojo for the story is dead (there wasn't much to begin with, just a cluster of "hah that'd be cool"s
Would it be worth posting what I've got to get people's feedback on the quality of the writing?

Save It.
You might resurrect it, or you might scavenge it for bits or ideas in other stories.

Put it to one side
and leave it alone.
Then in a few months (or longer) you might revisit it and take it on.
I have a 10-part story that will may well start appearing here in a couple of months that was very much like what you describe.
I started it in 2015 added some more in 2016 and it wasn't until Aug 2018 that the way forward for the story hit me in the face like someone slapping you with a bit of wet fish. 30,000 or so words later it was done and is actually a story that I really, really like.
So... unless your incomplete work is utter rubbish (and very few pieces are total shite) it may be a slow burner and blossom out sometime in the future.
Finally, don't worry about incomplete works. My WIP folder has over 100 incomplete stories some going back to ... well before 2010 which was when I developed my current filing system.
