Ok, so I have a friend that I am trying to direct to some new authors and stories.
Her biggest interest is in transition due to technological or chemical causes that occur over a shorter period of time than typical HRT. She also likes big boobs, but has read most of Holly Wholeman's stories :)

...was Polly Merman, by Prudence Walker, a novel-length story at Sapphire's site.

Dreams of dancing in the sky, flight of the claymore , the death dealer saga (which is on amazon) all by wolfjess7 if scfi interests you. They mostly have fast transformations and how the character deals with it as well as lots of epic fight scenes
Grover has a lot of good stories

Looking for recommendations
A couple of stories come to mind in the Whateley Universe. Eisenmadel's story (Erika - superhuman serum 2nd gen), Jobe's story (mad science DNA rewrite 1st gen), Sam Everheart's story (nano's 1st gen). There is an index at the stories wiki (http://crystalhall.wikia.com/wiki/Whateley_Academy_Wiki).
