Amazon sells pretty much everything, including toilets, which ship free. So even when buying building supplies, please do as I did and use the BC link so the crew who keep this place running will get their commission.

So you actually get notified

So you actually get notified of what the commission was from? I'm sure you've seen some strange things.

I'll get a life when it's proven and substantiated to be better than what I'm currently experiencing.

We can look it up

We don't get notified exactly but we can look it up. What happened was we had a larger than usual commission amount that month so we looked to see. It was a lawn/garden tractor and we got ~7% of the purchase price. That same month, someone bought a classical music collection of 40+ CDs and that was also a nice number. :)

On another occasion, someone bought a set of truck tires. :)

Nowadays, commissions only go up to 4% but they used to go as high as 10%.
