It is heartening to know about this. If I ever get back to CA I'll make a point of visiting one of their restaurants. Should be in around 2021.

Great chicken

Pollo Loco has been around for many years and always serves great chicken. Friends of mine originally from Northern Mexico are big fans as well, saying that it is authentic. I always liked it because it was tasty, affordable, healthy and not too far from where I live.
