If you already red it, why not look in your browser history?
Browser History
Some people (me included) have their browser configured to clear the history when the program exits.
There are lots of bits of malware out there that love to snaffle your browser history and send it to ad slingers.
If you are a closet trans person then it could be somewhat embarrasing for ads for say, false breasts to start appearing when you are showing someone who does not know your little secret something else on the internet.
If you don't care who gets hold of your browser history then great. I'm sure the as slingers will thank you for giving them ammo for their ads by directing even more ads your way.
