Sorry it's so late but real life and being diagnosed with diabetes in this past year and all the resultant changes to life have kind of occupied most of my time for the last while. I had a bout of pneumonia a while back whose infection contributed to pushing my sugars to 29 (normal for most people is between 5 and 8) and my A1C hemoglobin to 16.9 ( normal apparently is under 7). Let alone still doing all of the travel I was before as well as work and looking after my elderly parents who have both had health issues this past year.
Geeze, when I write that it seems bizarre that I've had time to do anything.
Anyway, I am just getting to writing chapter 17 unfortunately so it is going to be a while I'm afraid. But I did want to get this chapter up. In a way it's also a spur to me to pull my head out of my arse and do some more writing.
Writing has been a relaxation for me, and also a bit of an escape, and it would appear I have not been doing either that much lately. Which is probably not a good thing.
So, while it may be a little while, I still plan to continue writing and completing Drew's Meltdown.
Happy Christmas everyone!

I hear you!
I'm a fellow diabetic and understand what stress, illness and other factors can do to your blood sugar and your A1C numbers. I'm glad to hear your getting those under control and trying to find time to write. Take care and I'll wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and a GREAT 2016!
Prayers for better health
I hope that life is better for you. I had wondered where that story went.
