Okay folks
here are the details as they stand
Dates 3/4/5 July 2015
Location Dorchester

Friday evening - meal in Dorchester
Saturday - optional cycle ride (non riders can drive of course!) to Weymouth/Portland followed by Gaby readings and evening meal
Sunday - visit to Yeovilton Air Museum, lunch with Gaby readings before departure.
There is a wide variety of accommodation in the area
If you are attending (the 'con' is free, you pay your own food/accommodation bills of course), please let me know asap so we have some idea of numbers for Friday's meal.

For those thinking of coming
The Saturday ride involves a hill between Dorchester and Weymouth, though there is a train service and also buses. The plan would be to ride from Dorchester to Weymouth, perhaps on towards Portland eg to the National Sailing Academy along the Chesil Beach, depending upon weather. We could also take in Old Castle(Sandsfoot Castle) with a tea/coffee stop (good bacon sarnies). Most of the ride will be on cycle paths or quietish roads.
I shall endeavour to write another short story for the event to bore the backsides off those daft enough to come!

Gabycon 2015
I will be there again if nothing goes wrong with my vacation from work.
Accomodation is already booked (this time in Weymouth).
I still have to deciede which ferries to take and when, and how much time I want to spend sightseeing in the UK, France and Belgium before and after the weekend.
