Hopefully news like this will help add to general acceptance.
However, I wonder if being so visible will make things harder or easier.
I hope he/she gets to choose his/her own path without coercion,
and that fame does not make that harder.

Given the child has for years insisted on dressing more like a boy than the daughter of A list parents, this does not surprise me. Hopefully their acceptance of the clothing means they'll be accepting of the rest. We can only wait and see.

What a shame it doesn't work the other way round... a boy who insists on dressing as a girl.
And they wonder why we have problems.
