Yes, my premature retirement from the teaching profession is about to end. After 11 years I'm returning to the fray. I must need my head looking at.
This is a double blog entry, so here's an offering for Doctor Who fans frustrated at the BBC's abject cowardice when it comes to casting a female Doctor.

way cool Dr. Who is a girl!
giggles!
and congrats on being a teacher again. Teachers can make a big difference in a kid's life, but you know that, I'm sure!
I don't know about Dr. Who.
I know you can make a difference in one child's life. Just be yourself and do your best. As a teacher not every one will be a star, just encourage them to be the best they can be.
My fav Doctor is Tom Baker....
If you look in an Illustrated Dictionary of Phrases, you'd likely find his picture next to "Over the top." Congrats on returning to teaching.
Love, Andrea Lena
There is only 1 true Doctor

Tom Baker's style truly fit the character of the show.
did anyone ever get a measurement of that scarf? or is it also a T.A.R.D.I.S.? [ as long as it needs to be, no matter what length that is at the time. ]
Stupidity is a capital offense. A summary not indictable.
I want to be....
when I grow up....
Love, Andrea Lena
well, I want to be you when I grow up, Drea
huggles!
Thanks for your encouragement
Thanks for your encouragement. I'm expecting a phone call early tomorrow morning that'll have me heading out into the storm-force winds and driving rain the weather forecast keeps banging on about. Nothing calms kids down as much as a gale - I don't think.
