Hi Everybody,

I've got my cable modem up and running now, so all is copasetic -- or will be as soon as I get one of the PCs hooked up. :)

It's been a sad world for the last few years for me, in fact, I restarted BigCloset more than two years ago partly as a distraction from Jeanne's health problems. Jeanne, my partner for 20 years, died October 30 of complications caused by liver failure. We loved each other very much and it still hurts that she is gone.

I want to thank all of my online friends for support and friendship offered during the last month and a half, some of you even sent money through Amazon or to my box address, thank you. It cost me over 2500 dollars to get all of my stuff moved and I want to thank all of my local friends who lent physical and emotional support during this difficult time. It isn't quite over, I'm going down this coming weekend to do a little more cleaning up. My family contributed a lot, too.

For awhile longer, I will be spending less time than usual working on BC as I get things straightened out about my new living situation. Also, in the future, I will be taking Friday and Saturday, and sometimes Thursday or Sunday, off, staying away from the internet to recharge my energies.

I'm glad to be back.
