“Tell me again why we are out here flying in the middle of the night?” Jessica was watching where they were going.

“Because we are testing how well Night Bird handles at night.” Katey didn’t like flying at night, but orders from the mountain came and they wanted to test how Night Bird handled.

“Okay, blacking out the canopy and going to instruments only.” Jessica presses a few apps on the computer screen and watches as the canopy goes completely dark.

Holographic displays light up the inside of the cockpit. This was something new that Jessica and Katey have never experience.

“Wow! I never thought they would go all out like this.” Jessica couldn’t believe what she was seeing.

“I know, I have never seen a system that gives you such a detail image.” Katey could see completely around the outside of the helicopter and underneath them as well.

“This is so unbelievable.” Jessica turns her head to look towards the left-hand side of them and the view changes and gives her everything in that area.

“This is like being inside a VR unit.”

“I know. The images are crystal clear and I can see everything near us or far away from us.” Jessica wonders how much energy the system was using.

“We could have used this system over in Afghanistan.” Katey watches as the airplane passes them on their right. It was several miles off, but the image she was seeing inside the cockpit allowed her to get the number of the plane and what the plane looked like.

“How high do you think we can go?”

“You know, I have no idea. Murry never did tell us.” Katey was curious.

“Let’s find out.”

“Okay, let AFI tower know we're doing an altitude test.” Katey starts taking Night Bird higher up.

“Night Bird to AFI Tower, we’re conducting an altitude test. I repeat, AFI Tower, we are going to conduct an altitude test.”

“Alright Night Bird, we’re going to track you and see how high you can go. If you start experiencing problems abort the test and come back to base.” Murry had them a few miles out from the field.

“Roger, AFI Tower.” Jessica had a smile on her face.

“Going up.” Katey had already begun climbing when she got permission.

Jessica watches their height on the screen. So far, they were at 24,000 feet and still climbing.

“We’re approaching maximum height for turbine engines.” Jessica knew turbine driven helicopters could only reach 25,000 feet.

“We’re not turbine driven.” Katey knew Night Bird wasn’t turbine driven.

She asked the mechanics what type of engine Night Bird had, but none of them could tell her. All they could tell her was it didn’t use any aviation fuel but was powered by four hydrogen fuel cells. She does wonder if the engine might be electric or something.

“We’re reaching 30,000 feet.” Jessica wonders how much higher they could go.

Katey wasn’t feeling any problems with the handling yet. She was wondering how much higher they could go as well. She watches the attitude meter as they kept climbing. When they reached 38,000 feet, she started to feel some handling problems. A slight vibration shakes the helicopter.

“Katey, did you feel that?”

“Yeah, I did. I want to see if we can hit 40,000 feet.” Katey was finding it harder to control Night Bird.

Jessica kept watching as they climbed. She could feel the vibrations increasing as they went higher. She watches as they inched towards 40,000 feet.

“Bingo! We hit 40,000 feet.” Katey was happy as they hit their mark.

“Katey, I think we better start heading back down.” Some of the systems started to flicker.

“I’m on it.” Katey heads back down towards the airfield.

The flight back down towards the airfield was smoother. Katey kept the VR system up and lands. Once they were landed, Jessica turned the system off and return the canopy to normal.

“What’s our energy reading at?” Katey was curious.

“Fuel cell number one is completely depleted, and Fuel cell number two is reading halfway depleted. Fuel cells 3&4 are still fully charged.” Jessica starts shutting systems down.

“That’s good to hear.” Katey opens the canopy as the flight crew brings a ladder over for them to climb down.

“You know, we really need to talk with Mrs. Blake about putting places we can step on.” Jessica climbs down the fighter.

“Where would she put them? There’s no way she can modify the body of the helicopter.” Katey walks beside Jessica as they head towards the
locker room to change out of their flight suit.

“Good question.”

The two of them walk into the locker room and over towards their locker. The locker room was unisex, so they shared it with some of the male pilot’s that worked for the company. Luckily for them, there wasn’t anyone in the locker room.

“My brother in California wants us to come out and visit him this weekend. Are you up to meeting my family?” Katey watches Jessica body language.

Jessica was still getting used to their relationship. She didn’t know if she was up to meeting Katey’s family yet.

“Oh, come on. They aren’t that bad. Besides, you get to meet my niece and nephew.” Katey puts her arm around Jessica’s waist as they walk out of the locker room.

They walk to Katey’s Jeep and drive back to Katey’s place. Jessica had finally moved in with Katey. Jessica was hastened at first, but she finally broke down and took the leap.

After thirty minutes of driving, they arrive home “home sweet, home.”

Katey pulls the Jeep up behind Jessica’s black 2015 Land Rover. She turns the engine off and the two of them head towards the front door. Both were feeling tired after their nighttime flight.

Once they were inside and in their bedroom. Katey and Jessica get ready for bed.

Katey puts on an oversized black t-shirt that had an image of Yosemite Sam with his guns out. She doesn’t bother putting on any underwear.
Jessica puts on her baby blue satin lace chemise nightgown and a clean pair of panties.

Katey just looks at Jessica “really? You know I’m just going to remove them.”

“Yes, I don’t like sleeping without underwear on.” Jessica crawls into bed next to Katey.

She snuggles up to Katey as she lays down. She loved the perfume Katey wore and could still smell it on her body. She also likes being held by Katey.

Sometime during the night, Katey removes Jessica’s panties and toss them on the floor. She loved feeling Jessica pressed against her. She told Jessica about her childhood and how she had gender reassignment surgery before joining the military.

When Jessica wakes up, she notices her panties were missing. She felt Katey spooned against her back and her bottom pressed against her butt cheeks. She turns around in Katey’s arms and reach up under her t-shirt and squeeze her nipple.

Katey snaps awake when she feels pain from her nipple. She notices that Jessica was looking at her face “why did you do that?”

“Because you removed my panties last night while I was asleep.”

“That’s because I don’t like having anything blocking me from molesting you.” As Katey puts her hand between Jessica’s leg and starts fingering her.

Jessica moans a little “two can play that game.” As she moves her hand from Katey’s breast to her vaginal opening and starts fingering Katey.

The next hour Katey and Jessica play with each other’s bodies. Katey lets Jessica do whatever she wants to her body. She loves when Jessica takes control and use her the way she wants to be used.

They look at each other, as they lay next to each other in the spots they hadn’t slept. Jessica caresses Katey's cheek.

“So, are we driving to your brother’s place or flying?” Jessica knew Katey had a helicopter of her own.

“Driving. I thought we would make a road trip of it.” Katey rolls onto Jessica and sits up.

Katey looks down into Jessica’s eyes as she leans down and kisses Jessica on her full lips. She loved Jessica’s lips and her nose. She had a heart shaped face.

Jessica returns the kiss and holds onto Katey’s hips. She couldn’t believe she found someone she cared a lot about. She didn’t care that Katey had been raised as a boy. All she cared about was how much she loved her.

She felt her bladder telling her she needed to pee. She breaks the kiss “baby, I have to go and pee.” As she looked into Katey’s eyes.

“Okay, while you pee, I’ll get the tub ready for us.” Katie gets off Jessica and walks towards the bathroom to get the bathwater going.

Jessica follows behind her. She’s gotten used to Katey watching her pee. She still felt uneasy about it.

Katey adds some bath salts to the bath water, while Jessica pees. She found it amusing sometimes when Jessica did number one. She hears the toilet flush behind her.

“I’ll get in first.” Katey climbs into the tub first.

“You just like having me sit on top of the jet.” Jessica climbs in and sits between Katey's legs.

Katey turns the water jet on and watches as Jessica flinches when the water shoots up into her. A smirk appears on her face when she turned the water jet on.

“One day I’m going to make you sit here and turn the jet on.”

“You already turn me on.” Katey kisses Jessica’s cheek.

Jessica and Katey wash each other’s bodies. Katie spends a little more time between Jessica’s legs, then she should. When they get out of the tub, they dry each other’s body.

When they get dress, Katey puts on a nice light dress, while Jessica puts on a pair of slacks and blouse.

“I think this is the second time I’ve seen you wear a dress.” Jessica liked how Katey looked in a dress.

“Most of the time I don’t have a reason to wear one.” Katie only liked wearing them on special occasions.

“So, what special occasion is it?” Jessica finishes dressing.

“I’m seeing my niece and nephew.” Katey checks how she looks and grabs her purse.

“Well, let's get on the road then.” Jessica was ready and had a few items she always took with her on road trips.

"Okay." Katey grabs her stuff.

“Whose car are we taking?” Jessica leads the way out of the house.

“We can take yours if you want too. I don’t feel like putting the panels back on mine.”

“Well, you are going to need to move your Jeep, so I can back out.” Jessica pulls her keys out of her purse.

“No problem.” Katey pulls her keys out and heads over towards her Jeep.

Katey moves her Jeep, so Jessica could back her Land Rover out. Once the Land Rover was out of the way. She pulls her Jeep Wrangler into its spot and turns the engine off.

Katey gets into the Land Rover and fastens her seat belt. She pulls her cellphone out and link it with the Land Rover radio and select some music to listen too. She looks towards Jessica “head towards the interstate.”

“Okay.” Jessica heads for the interstate.
