My nineteenth book has just hit the virtual shelves. It is, of course, the compilation of NYE competition stories from this site, with a few tweaks--surprisingly few, in fact.

This is the open link to the UK site

BCTS has its own links, I believe, which generate some income for the site, so if Admin has said links, please attach them here.

19 books... How on Earth did that happen?

Always Worth Reading

Steph C is one of the best writers on this site, and largely under-appreciated by readers here. I would also claim her as a friend, even though we have never met in the flesh.

I wish her book every success. She contributed ten stories to our New Year 2024 Competition and I think she probably would have made it more if she had not been hospitalized before the end of the submission period. Needless to say, all her stories were contenders for the top honours and I can honestly recommend them.

Do yourself a favour and buy a copy of this or any other of her publications. One important title missing from her list is one of her very best (in my opinion) "A Longer War".

Amazing!

Prolific! Entertaining! Heart-wrenching! Compelling! Here's hoping for success! You deserve it, my friend!

Fantastic!

Each of these stories was a complete gem, with vivid characters and incredibly realistic dialogue. I am so glad you put them out as an anthology, and amazed you were able to do so with such speed. Readers are in for a real treat!
