The weirdest thing happened and it might be one for the record books.

I was having some stomach discomfort the last few days and was feeling really sick. Normally I don't go to the doctor's office but things were getting really bad and I decided I better get checked up before I keel over and die.

After a few test I discovered that I was seven months pregnant, and here I was thinking that I was just getting fatter. I don't know how it happened... I mean, I have a penis and everything still.

After the doctor told me I was pregnant he had me put my hands on my stomach and I could feel the baby kick, it is a totally weird sensation that I never thought I would feel. The only thing I don't understand is how I got pregnant when I haven't had sex with anyone in years.

Finding out that you're pregnant while being a guy is a total shock, what makes it even more weird is waking up and realizing that you were dreaming the whole time. Anyone else have dreams of being pregnant or am I losing my mind.

I was just chatting with another person hoping to transition. It is one of the regrets I think of all folk who wish they were complete woman. It is a core desire of most woman, I think.

Not exactly the same ...

... but I've certainly had dreams about being pregnant, some pretty normal and some *way* out there. Interestingly, I've picked up a few hints over the years that this is fairly normal for genetic women who (to use a cliche) "feel their biological clock ticking". By no means to I have a "significant sample size", but I suspect it's frequent enough to not be abnormal for those of us with female brains.
