Using testicles to help cure diabetes
Pity you don't have to remove the entire testicle...
I also read somewhere that it might be possible to use female tissue to do something similar.

never did us individual TG-girls any good, but they are (at present) essential for the continued survival of our species. =P
(But who's to say there isn't a secret society of lesbians somewhere out there, trying to fuse their eggs together to make embryos?)
