Karen West's last real post seems to have been in 2011. hystericalexperience seems to have found a way to spoof her name. The two posts' summaries are large and taking up too much space!
Exploiting
It's exploiting the ability when you do posts on who the actual author is from the dropdown menu. I've actually apparently blocked the actual users account before, but it's still showing me that wall of text on the front page too. I'm sure Erin or Piper pull it down when they get a chance.
Not hacked
The Karen West account was not hacked. A spammer was using the Karen West author tag to give their posts some legitimacy since anything posted as a story needs an author tag. Author tags are completely separate from user accounts.
