As far as I know there isn't
However, in the mean time Easy as Falling of a Bike by Angharad (see high up on the front page) and the Gaby series by Maddy Bell should keep you occupied for a short time while looking for other long stories.
Whatever you do DO NOT READ MY STORIES.
Bru
Schmuck Bait
... or perhaps reverse psychology: "Whatever you do DO NOT READ MY STORIES." Of course, Bru's stories are the opposite of "long". But they tend to carry a certain "punch".
Several Bikini Beach stories are long, including my own "A Bikini Beach Summer". Along with that, I have another one on ASSTR.ORG (ftp://ftp.asstr.org/pub/Authors/Daphne_Xu/) that's pretty long: "Oliver Naked in School".

Okay
That's a strange story.

A Strange Universe
It's a strange story in a strange universe: Karen Wagner's NiS universe. (I assume you're not referring to my BB story.)

Nah
BB I know about and have for years. ONiS is the one I'm referring to. I was like, "Something I haven't seen before!" Then it was like Huh?

NiS Universe
Nice! Every once in a while, one discovers something new under the sun.
A lot of the NiS Universe stories are collected here: https://www.asstr.org/~NIS-Admin/ . (This is the entry page warning people to buzz off if they don't care for it.) Mine's not there; it's here: https://www.asstr.org/~Daphne_Xu/ . It's a hot-coded story. A couple TG stories are listed there -- what happens if a TG girl is selected for the Program?

Longer stories
There are at least 2 categories that you can use to find longer stories. The first one is: Novel > 40,000 (https://bigclosetr.us/topshelf/publication/publication-7) and the second one is Novel Chapter (https://bigclosetr.us/topshelf/publication/publication-20).
Hope thIs helps

Fiction Mania allows for searches by size.
Also, if you contact me I can send you a list of my longest stories (I keep many in WORD format. I won't send the stories, just the names/authors).

What makes a 'longer story'
30,000 words ?
100,000 words ?
400,000 words ?
Multi-part or single part?
Some guidance would help people point you at sample works.

Several Things Can Make A Story Longer
1.) Disjointed plot.
2.) Undeveloped characters.
3.) Boring settings.

try the Sussex border stories by Cyclist
They are a bunch of interconnected stories (mostly novels) that are probably second only to bike for total length on this site.
One of My Worst Frustrations
No one just made you a list, so I suppose that falls on me. I liked the stories I'm showing you, so if you do not like them, that is on you. Here are several.
Bike has already been mentioned. It is huge and was posted almost daily for yonks. A young Tranny grows into a rich, successful and loved Woman.
"Somewhere Else Entirely" By Penny Lane. I loved this story, posted weekly, I think. It is Medieval SCI FI, and quite good, perhaps my favorite. My only problem is that the ending was not linear, but in the end the Author redeemed herself. :)
"The Deception Of Choice" By Fleurie. An utter powerful Psycho Drama about forced transition. This story gave me the sense that I was not alone in my own drug induced and manipulated transition. It saved my life full stop.
"The Nightmare Rider" By Snowfall. A quirky non TG but powerful tale.
Shiraz has written numerous stories and is quite good. I have not decided if she is Scots or English?
I hope that gives you a start

Tuck
Widely considered one (the first, I think) of the all-time great TG serials, Ellen Hayes's Tuck (1997-2013) falls easily into your category of long, incomplete stories that are worth reading, if you haven't done so already.
The chapters here on BC start with #120, but everything from the start (the entire story plus a sidestory and some fanfics) can be found at http://www.barkingduck.net/ehayes/writings.htm .

What Sub-Genre?
how about (where I know them, I've included links to the story pages):
Super Hero: Maggie Finson's Shades of the Spectre
Liltith Langtree's Jade: The Price of Vengeance
Really, there are many good stories all interconnected in Lilith's Retcon Comic Universe
Similarly, Anything by Morpheus, particularly his Legacy Universe or his other universes. I am particularly fond of his story, Among the Val Kyr. If you like fantasy, this may be to your taste.
Julie_O is excellent. I particularly recommend her Julie_Verse stories. I love the five story quintology (?), Coeds, which brings together many of her characters in a self consistent story arc. Of course, to get context, you might need to read her other stories. (Oh Darn!)
The Professor is AWESOME! His 21 novel long OVID Series is truly a classic.
Tooting my own horn. If you like Sherlock Holmes, you might look at my "Study in Satin" story. I did try to do a TG meets Tom Clancy story in ForNever in Blue Genes: A Wish the Heart Makes. This is on FM.
And of course, if Brandy Dewinter wrote a story, it's great! Her newer stories are at our joint website and at FM.
Of course, these are just a few of my own "read whenever over and over stories" there are many more, but if any of these suit, you might try others by those authors or use some of the search categories to find other, similar tales. And there are many many more gems to be had out there. My fingers got tired so I'll stop with these.
warm furry hugs!!
