For about a month now whenever I try and use any part of the search function I get a 502 error. Anyone know how to fix or if it's going to be fixed? Ty for your time and Merry Christmas and Happy holidays.

Search trouble, 502 & 503 messages
I'm seeing this message all the time (last week or so), when attempting a search from the BCTS home page.
My key is "Acceptance". Hope these text 'screenshots' will help locate the problem(s):

Try an 'external' search
{Oops - near duplicate of another comment on a related posting}
Meanwhile, try an 'external' search, using Google, or your favorite search engine.
Include all the clues you can, including "bcts" and "bigclosetr.us", the author, the story title, and maybe other clues - character names, locale, special items and such...
