Effindumb's Winnisimmet Tales stories
The last week or so, there have been re-postings of edited versions of the stories on Fictionmania. I do not know if they will be posted here.
Definitely not.
Efindumb is done here on BigCloset. Snowfall's made the official announcement regarding the stories, but I couldn't possibly see him making his way back here. So many times he had to be convinced to give this site another chance - I can't blame him for just cutting the cord completely. I appreciate him having Snowfall pass on messages to those of us here who care, though.
EF tales
He was quite underwhelmed at how he was treated here on BC and asked for his stories to be pulled.

When Ef's WINNISIMMET TALES show up at FICTIONMANIA I suggest that you read them quick; In their message board he's already finding reason to be dissatisfied with his reception there.

He seems to be a good storyteller but sure could use an editor and/or proofreader. He has posted 6 stories in this series as of 9-11-19.
I've done typo alerts for him
I've done typo alerts for him and others in the past. Ultimately, it might have led to some of our rougher moments (none of which were recent). Some of his have definitely gotten a serious comb-through, though. The editing before selling on Amazon has to have helped in that regard for the first three books, but it isn't just them.
Repostings
Repostings have been conducted the past week or so, at fictionmania. So far it has been 7 or 8 repostings/books or whatever you wanna call it done.

Ef's written works
Ef's stories are being moved to FictionMania. For those that have enjoyed those stories(as I have) that is where you will find them. This was decided by Ef. I was asked to make this official statement in those regards.Happy reading.

Having spent time here and, in the past, over at FM, I can only say that I think it will be like going from a genteel tearoom to a bearpit.
If EF objected to the comments from the likes of us, then she'll need tin underpants to deal with those which will appear at FM.

Too Much Of A Good Thing?
I liked Eindum's stories, but after a while the same line wore out. I stopped commenting rather than be unkind.
Unless she was the subject of some nasty PMs' I don't recall anything being hostile.
I hope that she gets over it.

This didn't surprise me - stuff has happened.
Efindumb had had incidents with the community at various points - I don't think it's entirely on the community, though I doubt that it's solely on Ef either. This isn't a particularly huge surprise - I've known that he might eventually do this for quite a while. I know that Snowfall (among others) have talked him out of doing this more than a few times previously.
The Winnisimmet Tales have been and will continue to be a special series for me. They were what first got me to make an account, and they continue to have a unique spot in my heart - not least due to my getting to privilege to name four antagonists in one of the later stories. Nonetheless, Ef and I had rough moments. He has his mercurial and volatile points, and this community just wasn't right.
(For the record, I am as certain as I can be that Ef is a cis male)
Just wondering
I was just wondering because I like her stories and had just finished reading the venturerelm series. I've also bought all of snowfall's stories on kindle as well as daring diane's hope more stories appear from everyone because they get me through my lonely depressing days.
