I remember reading a story on this site of a Judge who sends boys she feels don't belong in the Juve system to an exclusive girls school. The school is away from a local city, the woman in charge has another woman helping her, they have the boys shower before meeting the head lady and in the time it takes the boys to shower, all of their clothes are taken and only girls clothes are left--the first piece is a girls' robe which they wear downstairs to the head woman's office.
The story I'm thinking about is NOT Seasons of Change but is of a similar genre.
Addendum: I want to thank those people who offered suggestions of stories that might be the story I was after. I went back and started rereading Seasons of Change and after finishing the second book, do now believe Seasons of Change IS the story I was after, at least I think it is because of the reference to a Judge who works with Jane. So it looks like I made an oops before I was sure.
