I was able to upload an image into my file area, but..... How do I make it my Avatar????
I am 'semi' computer literate, so much like 'Gibbs' on NCIS.... KISS for me!! (Keep It Simple for Stupid!!)

Edeyn a few things. First, for the image to be appropriately sized is a consideration. 100 pixels wide by 125 pixel high is a good height, as mine to the left here is. The second consideration is how elaborate you want to go. Mine, for example changes font defaults and has my signature sized up, along with a pull quote. You need to decide whether you want it auto-inserted or have a text file on your desktop that you cut and paste in -- I have the text file because my avatar-signature exceeds the maximum signature characters by about triple... :)

Well, one thing--I don't have avatars turned on because Drupal puts them everywhere and I don't want to rewrite the CSS that much. :) You can include it in your sig as Edeyn describes above.
