I am rewriting chapters 19 through 21 of “Rosemary” and wanted to know if I need to leave the current versions on the site and just add the revised chapters as one section? (As I have been informed that I seem to post too much).

Several ways to do it
You can post the new chapters as a new section or you can post them over the top of the old ones and ask me to freshen the date so they pop back on to the front page.
Up to you, really. I designed the site with flexibility in mind.
