I've noticed this the past few days.
I couldn't say how far back it goes as last week was very busy in RL and I didn't come here that often.
Prior to that I was aware that the site became blistering fast after some upgrade or other was done. Now we're back to "average" speeds.

There were some overloads and glitches with the upgraded version. They're still trying to find them, so had to revert back to older stuff that was reliable, if not as fast.
I'll get a life when it's proven and substantiated to be better than what I'm currently experiencing.

The speed is the same or I haven't noticed the improvement but I'm experiencing errors 520 and 521 on regular basis.
