I like the idea. His brother had another girl over, she left some things in his room. His girlfriend finds them, gets mad and accuses him of cheating and threatens to break it all off when they were planing a wedding for the future. His 12 year old brother claims the clothes are his to save his brothers relationship because he loves his family. He has a very self sacrificing loving nature. Now I am stuck and have no idea where to go
I have planed that she pushes him deeper and deeper into more humiliating situations. Takes him out shopping, makeup. But, why would she even believe for a second the clothes are his. So she knows all along and as she has him put on the clothes, he doesnt know how because hes 12. He wont know how to do a bra, do a dress, or any clue with makeup or hair. He learns it all hehe. He can call it all off and admit that it isnt his, but that would make her walk out on his brother.
So this is my problem, why would the girlfriend even do this at all if she doesn't believe it and it comes even more clear that he had no idea what he is doing. Why go though the effort of humiliating him instead of just walking out
Realism is what i'm going after.
A couple of possible reasons
1. The girlfriend for some other reason has a grudge against the younger brother.
2. As a sick power trip to see how far she can push the brothers before they confess, At the same time putting the older brother in the difficult situation of either not supporting his younger brother in front of friends/neighbours/relatives etc (thus betraying him) or supporting him and facing the problems that might lead to.
3. The girlfriend always wanted to have a little sister to do things with and thinks this is an opportunity to have some fun.
However, since you mention that she humiliates the poor boy the older brother should end the relationship as soon as possible.

The girlfriend needs to stay with him. I have future stories planed for them. She isnt going to be cruel or unfeeling. Its just that she was cheated on and if they want to play this game then she will. But she wont overdo the humiliation. He will just feel humiliated but she doesn't want to ruin his future or reputation.
Indian culture
Maybe she had a relative who was hijira and suffered violence, and is misreading his discomfort as fear, so she's helping him improve his ability to pass as completely female in order to keep him safe.
Or for a less compassionate option, maybe she's just dreading that after marriage she would have had to move in with her husband's family and his brother would have some authority over her, but if he's living as the third sex she would outrank him, as it were. So it gives her one aspect of her life where she'd be in charge.
