Could you provide more details for the story? I don't think we have enough information.
The labels "Male to Female Transformations" and "Unwilling" are sufficiently common that they don't convey much information, if they are supposed to be relevant. (I'll admit that I mentally reversed "Male to Female Transformations" at first, and that's far more rare and hence more informative.)
