Stardust/RALABS T1 Error?
I just did a tracepath from my server to ns1.ralabs.com and ns2.ralabs.com (dns servers for bob's network). It seems that either Bob's T1 or a router somewhere in-between, is down.
Hopefully ATT will have the issue fixed soon.

Stardust down
ATT is having equipment problems in Bob's area and his T1 line is down as a result. The problem is being worked on but there's no estimate how soon it will be fixed. This means fictioneer is down and the bigcloset mail services, too, because those were on one of Bob's servers. This should all be fixed soon.

Stardust now back up
The T1 line went down during a power outage around 9:15 AM EDT this morning. The tech from Verizon just left after re-seating a card to restart the line. It seems the glitch also took out another T1 line at a cell tower down the road too.
Everything at random Access Labs (Stardust, Fictioneer, and other goodies) is now fully operational again.
